I loved the fact that it was clean and we had plenty of towels in our bathroom. Also, the staff at the front desk were very hospitable. They made our check-in and check out go smoothly. They had a lot of hot and cold options for breakfast as well.

When I go to the Baymont the staff remembers me and I’m greeted by name, “is it good to be back” or “ I remember you from summer!” The entire staff is accommodating and just genuinely nice human beings!

We had a little issue with our air unit, and the staff quickly put us in a nicer room while apologizing for any inconvenience. They were super nice and wanted to help us have the best stay possible.

The property has strict rules, so you don’t have to worry about walking down the halls smelling smoke or dog/cat urine. The price is amazing and the best value in the area.

The architecture on the side was beautiful. The staff was excellent and helped every way they could. I arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning and they were waiting for me.
